ASPROTIMANA is the most approachable coffee we currently offer, It was roasted and sourced with the everyday coffee drinker in mind. We find the coffee boasts incredibly flavorful pockets of licorice and cola with a hint of grape in the finish. Suitable for Espresso or Filter. Works well with milk.

Programa Mujer Cafetera with Asociación De Productores Agrícolas De Timana (ASPROTIMANA) has been working directly with women producers to establish coffee production from farms owned and managed by women. With the support of Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA), this group of women have established their skills to process specialty coffee using their own micro-mills. 

Cultivating coffee on just a few acres of land intercropped with shade trees, bananas, corn, and beans lends to careful post-harvest practices including hand sorting cherries before depulping, fermenting, washing, and drying the coffee using their own micro-mills.
