He started this new project in Huila two years ago and the coffee has already attracted a good deal of attention. His 6 hectare farm produces a total of 100 bags a year of various varieties, spread of two harvest seasons. The main season in this area is from May - August with the smaller crop from October - January. About 20% of the farm has shade coverage.
